Check if the 3.5mm audio cable is plugged intothe headphones/aux-out jack correctly. Then setthe Audio-out Channel to "Headphones" or"Speakers" on the computer.
Turn up both the volume of the speakers andthe computer.
lf the above doesn't work, please contact uswith a picture of the audio jack and the audiosetting.
Try to play different audio files to see if it's a quality issue of the file.
Change different devices to check for audiooutput compatibility of the device.
Plug the UsB cable into the wall socket witha plug adapter for another try.
